This is a well formatted book for the TCM student and practicing physician. Everyone I know is very happy with it.

This is a good reference book for common conditions found in a Clinic or hospital setting. Herbal formula include additions to common formula and acupuncture point prescription are an addition rather than full explanation. Using differential syndromes for diagnosis practitioners of Chinese Medicine can easily pick up this book and use in clinic.

It's a great book. Clear, concise, complete. I wish it was bigger and had more pathological patterns. But i like this book a lot.This is a must knowledge to have. This book is nice to have by the side during the practice (patterns, herbs). Also you can look up the chapters, information from it at [...]It's good for the start as well.

We used this textbook often in school. It's well written and the information is invaluable.

Book does contain treatment for cancer even acute leukemnia, lymphomas, but it does not mention that western terminology, it goes by the symptoms.Like spleen enlargement, drum hard abdomen - those maybe cancer symptoms.

First thought when I saw this book, "It's so skinny...I paid $30 for this?" My thought now, "It's worth every penny and 5x more."Without trying to give Joel too big of a head, he answers questions about target panic that I've been trying to solve various ways for 35 years. Why can't I hold on target? Why do I release too soon?I've tried all the other methods ... blind bale shooting, shooting close, counting, talking to myself (which is good), etc. Joel doesn't just give a new method to fix it, he explains WHY we have target panic. He discusses why our body reacts to the release (explosion) and how to overcome it with a "Closed loop system". More importantly, he explains that his system won't work for me...I have to WORK for it.Yes - it's thin, but why write more when you've answered the question!PS...contemplating taking his online class also.

So this book is not a “how-to archery” book, it assumes you already shoot bows but it could definitely help a newer archer. It is a short book/pamphlet and $30 seems high but people need to get paid I guess. However the advice is rock solid, to the point and effectual. It will improve your shooting.

I’ve struggled with Target Panic nearly all my life and didn’t even know it, until a friend pointed out the symptoms; hovering above the target, anxiety moving the target into view, punching the trigger as soon as I was anywhere close... I was a mess. I read the first version of this book front to back several times and put it all to use. What a game changer!! If you really want to step your game up take a look at Joel’s online course.

Joel shares the mental truth of what gets us into trouble on the range and in life. Going through the motions on automatic pilot. I highly recommend this book and I’m even considering taking his course. I coach youth archers and have found his insights and system to be very helpful as I start to work again with archers.

If you're a fan of the culture and/or literature of Ancient Greece, then this book is pretty much a must-read. It has five of the greatest surviving Greek tragedies from three of the most famous playwrights of the ancient world. More than that, the translations are superb and the notes, when needed to be included, are quite helpful,resulting in some of the best versions of these works that can be found anywhere. For those unfamiliar, I can also say that the stories are truly good in their own right, even all these centuries after they were written.
