This is a good, unbiased book about the U.S. government. I appreciated that it had no real agenda, other than education. I would have liked a bit more depth, but overall, I liked this book.
Simply laid out. Our 5th grader used this for homeschool to understand our government better.
Very easy to understand without being childish.
I gave it to my 11 yr old son, We both enjoy reading it

A nice introduction
Very basic. I found it almost juvenile but it is exactly what it states. I was also pleasantly surprised at its objectivity, As an instructor of American Government, I'm appalled at the level of liberalism and opinion in textbooks. This was not at all.
